My air-conditioned, underfloor heated, spacious 2 bedroom loft, is a loving conversion of the standalone Victorian red-brick stable building at my family home, Rectory Farm, which is set in rolling countryside close to Market Harborough (1 hour by train to London). It has literally just been converted for luxury modern living so everything is brand new and sparkling clean. The Loft is a large 135 sq metre / 1450 square foot space which welcomes friends and families or work colleagues travelling together. Ideal for those who want a relaxing and luxurious place to stay which is a world apart from the chain hotels and poor quality accommodation otherwise available. You are welcome to walk in the 14 acres of the estate, and we only ask that the main house and barn courtyard gardens have their privacy respected. o The Loft has the entrance and its laundry room on the ground floor leading to stairs up to the first floor where the living and sleeping accommodation is located. o We are always super flexible to try to accommodate late check-out and early check-in subject to other guests arriving or departing whenever we can. o Whilst you can arrive by train and then taxi to the Loft, nearly all my guests come by car, as we are located about 2 miles from the village in open countryside and we offer secure parking free of charge. THE AREA Clipston is just 10 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Market Harborough which is directly connected by direct high speed train to Nottingham, Leicester, Luton Airport and London St Pancras and one change to London Gatwick Airport. The village offers a traditional English way of life with a good pub serving homemade food, summer fetes, friendly community and access to beautiful walks and countryside pursuits. We are very close to a plethora of interesting places and things to do including the world famous Foxton Locks and the Grand Union canal, The Soaring Centre (Glider Airport), Welford Children's Farm Park, Pitsford Reservoir (sailing / kayaking / biking), Mini Mischief's Soft play centre and much more.
