Metheringham home, private room in a cosy Bungalow

Due to COVID the room is cleaned with antiviral disinfectant and the bed is stripped between guests again sprayed and bedding washed with anti viral disinfectant on a hot wash. All areas you will come into contact with are regularly cleaned with disinfectant spray. Please be aware that I have 3 cats 🐈 so if you do not like them or are allergic please do not stay. The cats have access to all areas of the house except the guest bedroom. Guest have full use of the bungalow and can come and go as they please, they will be provided with their own key. It is set in a quiet location and bedroom overlooks the garden. There are breakfast cereals and toast and jam laid out in the kitchen for guests and you have full access to kitchen for cooking or heating up food. Tea and coffee is available in the room as well as a television so make yourselves comfortable. There is access to the conservatory and garden, you can access the garden if you wish to smoke. Also there is a washing machine for guest use and if you need anything just ask. Interaction with guests can be as much or as little as you want and my cats will make you feel more than welcome too. The home has just had a refurbishment, decorated lounge, dining room, hallway and refuted part of the kitchen. Guests have access to the kitchen and dining as they wish, also the conservatory and lounge. There is a television with free view and DVD player in their room so they are welcome to bring DVD’s with them. Tea and coffee is also supplied in their room for their use also a kettle. I will be available during the evening as I work full time but am usually around at weekends. If I am not around or at work guests can ask question via email or text message. Very friendly community and safe living as in a culdesac. Within easy reach of local shops, pubs and takeaways. There is 2 supermarkets, hairdressers, chemist and post office. Also a cafe with great food, gift shop, herbalist. Everything anyone needs without travelling too far all walkable, especially the chip shop the barrier reef about 5 mins from my house. A train station is about a fifteen minute walk or there is a good bus service from the village , I will leave details for you if requested. Also easy access to lincoln or Sleaford by car about 8 miles either way or 40 mins to Grantham . Please feel free to make themselves at home
