Meticulously cleaned PrivateRoom 10min to Midtown!

Private sanitized room in a three bedroom apartment. Only 10 minutes to midtown. Two train lines M & R within 1 block walking distance. Closest subway line is a block up from the apartment. There is supermarkets, laundry, restaurants, museums, parks and much more to do in the area. This is the best area to be in NYC and in Astoria! When you enter the apartment the room is located to the left of the entrance. The other rooms are across on the opposite side of the apartment. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom and the kitchen. This means the room is super private. There is one wardrobe and one closet in this room so you have a good amount of storage too :) You are welcome to use the kitchen and living room. We just ask that you clean up after yourself. We want you to be comfortable :) We know you are busy. So we let you choose how much interaction we have. Astoria has a little of all parts of the world. The people that make up this amazing neighborhood are from over 150 different countries in the world. This means you can find stores restaurants, foods from all different parts of the world. Greek, Brazilian, Colombian, Cuban, Chinese, Korean, Thai (Website hidden by Airbnb) is amazing! The apartment is in a perfect location! Only 2 trains tops from midtown Manhattan (Lexington Ave). We recommend taking the subway. But if you do drive to NY there is parking on the street as well as garages that you can pay to leave the car for the day. There is no garage or parking in the building. My wife and I are originally from Brazil. We love to travel and to meet people from all over the world. We rented this three bedroom apartment and rent out the room to help us pay rent and as a way to meet new people :)
