The Grade two listed building is a three floored former Ale house dating from 1715! Newly refurbished in the Spring of 2022, the property has gone through extensive works, refreshing this former Ale house into a magical holiday home which will provide not only comfort and convenience but a truly original experience in this old North Norfolk town. The Holt based cottage is perfect for families, couples, and groups alike. You can rest assured you’ll have a delightfully comfortable stay at The Old Paul Pry. The space The Old Paul Pry consists of 4 bedrooms, a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 ensuite bathrooms as well as a family bathroom with shower and separate W/C on the ground floor. Inside, you’ll find themed rooms each with their own fascinating décor creating a truly magical stay! Hoppers Yard is just outside The Old Paul Pry (and shares the same owner), it’s home to The Tea Caddy as well as Follyology, the inspiration beyond the themed rooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating for all and makes for the perfect snug to cosy up with the family around the log fire, with a Smart TV and DVD player also available. On the ground floor guests will also find the fully equipped kitchen which features a dishwasher and a small seating area, with the spacious dining room located at the front of the house for larger family meals. A W/C is also available on the ground floor. A traditional Norfolk winder staircase leads to the two spacious double bedrooms (Sensa and Darjeeling) on the first floor, each with their own ensuite bathrooms. Continue up the winding staircase and to the top floor to find the two twin bedrooms (Chai and Golden Monkey) along with a family bathroom which features a shower, wash basin and W/C.
