Private room with a double bed and sole use of a beautiful bathroom within a gated community. This is the only property within Hatfield where guests have their own bathroom. 10 minute walk to the train station / Supermarket. Lovely views & pond area on the grounds. Conveniently located for the Business Park and University. The room is within a 3 bedroom house situated on a very quiet gated community. All mod-cons and easy access to trains into London / Cambridge. The bedroom has a double bed and two side tables. It is a cosy room and guests are welcome to use the 3rd spare room ( for storage ) Guests will have access to a sole use bathroom. It’s me and my little dog Louis ( a Cavalier King Charles ) Im fairly sociable so if i happen to be around, happy to socialise. On the other hand, if quests would like a quiet stay, the bedroom and bathroom is private and they will not be disturbed. The gated complex makes it quiet and private space, there is water on the grounds with a bench and ducks should you wish to enjoy the outdoors. This is more a retreat than a party complex. There is a 24 hour supermarket within walking distance together with a few local shops. Parking is available for quests, please let me know if you would need parking when making your booking as it is allocated and may not be suitable for large vans. The main station is about a 10 minute walk and has frequent trains into London / Camgridge. The fast train into London Kings Cross is 22 minutes. Taxi's are also available. The is a little dog in the property
