There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom created out of local stone. The vaulted lounge with its original fireplace is decorated with antique furnishings and has a wide arch leading into a generous, modern kitchen and dining area, brightly lit by skylights and a welcoming space for conversations while cooking takes place. The flat is self-catering, however breakfast, lunch or dinner can be provided on request. You will also have direct access to purchase our award winning olive oil. Guests have full access to the independent apartment on the ground floor of the farmhouse. The farm’s staff will assist guests in booking trips on sailing boats, dinner in local restaurants as well as visits to producers of other gastronomic delicacies. This is a calm, peaceful area where guests can relax in a rural setting The farm is aout 4 km from Ururi where local buses stop. Agreements can be made with guests for transport from the nearest railway/coach stations (Larino, Termoli). We advise guests to have a car so that they can explore the area, we provide detailed itineraries on request, to discover the hidden charms of this little-known region - medieval hill towns, the coast and nearby islands... The seaside town of Termoli, with its Medieval castle and boat trips to Tremiti Islands and the beautiful coastline of Gargano, is 30 minutes away. Guests can also enjoy excursions to the Lipu Nature reserve as well as a variety of archeological tours as Molise has a surprising amount of important Roman, paleo- and pre-Christian sites as well as a wealth of medieval villages. The estate’s staff are happy to assist guests in booking activities such as guided walks, cycling, horse riding, recreational fishing in the private lakes, dinners in nearby restaurants as well as food tastings with local producers of other gastronomic delicacies. During the estate’s olive harvest, guests can even return home with oil produced from their own efforts in the olive groves!
