Peaceful village location with own entrance

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space outside, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, plus tv. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath During Summer months, the garden behind the annex is for guests' use, with a table and chairs provided. There is parking for one car. If you are coming as a family, the daybed/sofa in the sitting room can be made up into a single bed. There will be apple juice, milk, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, homemade granola provided for breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities all there for you too, including a Nespresso coffee machine. Please note there is no kitchen at the property - there is a microwave and fridge in the sitting room. The annex is for your sole use as is the garden behind it. The annex is on ground floor level. Check in is 3pm, Check out is 10am By telephone or just knock on the door The Phoenix Trail cylcle and footpath runs through Towersey, but extends from Thame to Princes Risborough. The Three Horseshoes Pub serves delicious lunch and suppers, and Thame, with many shops, pubs and restaurants is just one mile away. There are many delightful country walks within Towersey, and the Phoenix Trail is a super walk at any time of the year. Buses go from Thame to Oxford and Aylesbury every 20 minutes, and Haddenham and Thame Parkway, with trains to London Marylebone (40mins), is around 10 minutes away. Access to the M40 easily found within 15 minutes, and the city of Oxford is about 25 minutes by car. The historic estates of Waddesdon and Blenheim Palace are within easy distance. There is a lock box located at the door of the property for key access. Only one car parking space available. An additional charge of £25 is payable if the second bed is required. Unfortunately pets are not accepted. Check in is 3pm, Check out is 10am.
