Elgin Cottage

Located on the historic high street, Elgin Cottage is just moments from the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, 450 yards from the bustling harbour and an easy walk (or v short drive) to the beach. Perfect for a family holiday or a get together with friends it provides the ideal base to explore this stunning area of North Norfolk. The cottage is full of character and furnished to a high standard. The building is on three floors. Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a fold-out dining table. A door from the kitchen leads to the courtyard garden. Stairs from the living room lead to the master bedroom with views over the High Street. A bathroom with a shower is also on this level. Stairs accessed via a door from the master bedroom lead to a large room with two beds, tucked away at the top of the house. A door from the kitchen leads to a courtyard garden and an outbuilding with a washing machine and tumble drier and toilet. Please note that access to the second bedroom is via the master bedroom. NB We are very happy to do short breaks out of the main holiday season, but please ignore the quote Owners Direct give you as they just divide the weekly rate by seven and multiply by the number of days.
