Beautiful maisonette in Leonidio

Homely! It would be a pleasure to welcome you to our cozy vacation maisonette. The house is located in the center of Leonidio, surrounded by the amazing red cliffs of the village. Restaurants and shops can be reached within a short walk. The house provides all the comforts and amenities you may need and it is ideal for every kind of travelers. On the first floor of the house, there is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two sofa - beds, two balconies and a WC, while on the second floor, you will find a bathroom with shower, one bedroom consisted of one double bed, a single sofa - bed and a small balcony. The windows and balconies of the house, allow plenty of sunshine and majestic views of the mountains. Apart from the A/C devices, the maisonette is equipped with central heating, which at the same time provides hot water for the entire house. - Guests will have complete and independent access to the house, the entire apartment is in their hands. I do not live in the apartment - guests have their own keys and safety card to the house, can come and go as they please. Parking area is just in front of the house. - Occasionally, my brother and I stay for a few days in the apartment below, so feel free to knock us the door if anything occurs, and we are always available to assist you. - I totally understand that some guests prefer their privacy, while other guests love to get a more authentic feel for the place and ask me for tips, suggestions and advice, therefore i like to have the guests dictate how much personal interaction they want to have. My level of interaction with you during your stay will be entirely up to you! - In any case, there will be always someone on hand (either a family friend or me) to give you the keys and get you situated in the house upon your arrival. My aim is to make your stay as pleasant as possible and i am always happy to advise or assist you in sorting out any needs or concerns you may have prior or during your stay. I fluently speak English, French and some basic Spanish in regards to our communication, i am always reachable by phone (through text messages, emails, phone calls), easy to contact and in the event that i am not physically available, i always leave either my brother or a family friend mindful of my guests. - Please provide estimated time of your arrival to check in, so i can coordinate my own time to meet you accordingly. - If there is absolutely anything i can do to ensure your stay is all around amazing from start to finish, please let me know! I am here to help 24/7! My house is situated in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, right in the heart of Leonidio. Within a minute's walk, there is a big grocery shop, where guests can find fresh fruit, bread and cookies. The house is located between the two most central supermarkets of Leonidio, it is just a few meters away from Leonidio's Health Centre and it is literally steps away from "red rock" cafe, which is a very central and beautiful cafeteria in the village. The village has a unique beauty, picturesque surroundings and it is a very short - distanced place, so i would definitely suggest you leave the car at home and explore everything on foot. - According to the New Legislative Framework in Greece for short - term leases, rents should be properly and timely declared to the Inland Revenue Department of TaxisNet System (the electronic platform of the Ministry of Finance). For that purpose, guests, upon their arrival, should provide the hosts - lessors, the hereinbelow information: 1) Full first and last name 2) Passport number 3) Country and address of their permanent residence.
