Our renovated barn is situated in the historic village of Haunton winners of “Best Kept Village 2018” Our property is geared towards families, couples and mature people, it is NOT suited to alcohol parties and noisy guests. The interior offers a superb 2-bedroom self catering accommodation. The modern fully equipped kitchen is stocked with a range of condiments for your cooking. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and the downstairs bedroom utilises the walk-in shower room. Ideal base for families and couples visiting many of the Midlands top attractions including:-Thomas Land, The Snowdome, Twycross Zoo, National Memorial Arboretum, NEC, plus a number of fabulous Wedding Venues....Mythe Barn, Thorpe Gardens, Swinfen Hall etc..... Geared for business people too with excellent motorway access, there’s secure parking for up to 3 vehicles including works vans Facilities include:- Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, fridge (small milk included) kettle, washing machine plus tabs, iron. Tea, coffee, squash, individual cereals and biscuits. TV with free view, free WIFI, gas central heating, bed linen, towels, extra blankets, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet rolls. Selection of books, games and magazines. Garden furniture with cushions and outdoor candles. Smoking outside only, pub 1 mile, village convenience store 1 mile (9-6 weekdays 9-4 Saturday) please ensure you bring food supplies etc. Countryside walks on our doorstep. NO ALCOHOL PARTIES, this property is for families, couples and mature guests only. The Hayloft premises only We live in the adjoining property and are available to our guests. Rural village and 2018 regional “Best Kept Village” winners! House keys must not be removed from property at anytime, if you are going out please leave them in the secure lockbox situated in the porch. No additional visitors allowed during stay without hosts permission. Strictly no drinking parties. Enclosed rear parking, not visible from premises frontage. *Please ensure you bring any food supplies with you*
