Adorable Farm House in Olive Valley

This adorable Farm House is located at the outskirts about 4,5 km of Sitia town, surrounded by the olive grove. Belongs to a Greek-Italian couple speaking Greek, Italian, English, French, Spanish. Massimo and Despina will welcome you. Entering the farm house through a gate using remote control, you will find yourself in the original Cretan countryside. Olive trees all around, fences will keep your children safe. The house is semi detached, new and full maintained. Terrace overlooking the sea, front yard and open outdoor spaces all around. You can walk and relax in all outdoor terraces and the olive grove. Free parking area in the land. During your stay don't hesitate to ask Massimo and Despina about directions, shopping, nightlife, access the beach. Sandy beaches like Sitia, Erimoupolis, Itanos, Vai, Kouremenos and Chiona in 10 min drive to 30 min drive. All unspoilt and beautiful. In a few minutes of distance there are some supermarkets (LIDL, etc.). Restaurants, shopping and nightlife in Sitia town all the year. There isn't a bus-stop near the house. You can rent a car from any airport of the island and visit the many gorges which are located in the area, the many archaeological sites and the beautiful beaches. In according to current Greek legislation , at your arrive you must give us the number of your ID (f.e. Passport) for transmitting it at the Financial Authority. For Greek people only, is required the ΑΦΜ. Please note that AIR CONDITION ( Cooling- Heating) is OPTIONAL and is charged 5 euros per day. Please note that during the winter period ( 1/10 to 30/4 ) the price INCLUDED the Heating. Please note that the climate is dry and windy and the house has a very good thermal insulation. Please note that you MUST booking ALL your CHILDREN. Please note on the house smoking is forbidden, but it is possible to do on the balcony or in the outdoor areas.
