Self catered cottage/private area with closed gate/parking. Suitable for couples. Fabulous place for romantic or walking weekend. Dog friendly (£15 per dog). Luxurious bathroom - shower and big bath and underfloor heating. Outside area very private with patio chairs and table & hot tub and fire pit. Book our other one bedroom cottage and have some time away with your friends but in separate cottages. Then utilise the hot tub and the bigger kitchen when you are together! Direct access from your garden to our games room! We have a table tennis and pool table. We also have another one bedroom cottage and a four bedroom barn which might be of interest if you want to have the whole place for a bigger get together. Although check in is not till 3pm ... we always offer an early check in when we can and the same for late check where possible. Normal check out is 10.30am. Private parking - plenty of space. We are there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! We will be there to welcome you and show you around the cottage. There is a welcome folder in the cottage telling you all about the cottage and the surrounding area with ideas of places to go. But we are on hand to help you in any way. There will be a welcome pack with milk, tea, coffee, cake etc for your arrival and the log burner set up and ready to light. Complimentary basket of logs and then we have bags of logs for you to purchase if required. Minimum 3 night booking. 20% discount for weekly bookings which will automatically show when you book. We also offer discounts .. 10% to 20% on 5, 6 and 7 night ... please enquire by messaging so I can amend pricing for you. We are 20 mins walk to Staithes which is one of the best harbour villages in the area ... 30 mins walk back as up hill a bit! The cottage is situated on the Cleveland Way so great for walking along the coast with spectacular views ... you can walk all the way or just parts of ie to Whitby / Saltburn / Runswick etc. Only 11 miles from Whitby. Local buses go regularly to Whitby. No more than 2 well behaved dogs ... they also need to be housetrained. No puppies. There is surcharge of £15 per dog which can be paid on arrival. We can provide travel cot for babies / cottage is not suitable for toddlers.
