Lion & Wolf family suite, en-suite & sea view

This suite is light, airy with modern decor. The Lion & Wolf rooms are two separate bedrooms sharing a connecting shower room (Jack & Jill). Both come equipped with console table, chair, vanity and full-length mirror, bedside lamps, built-in wardrobes, bathrobes, TV with NETFLIX, Freeview and free wi-fi. Both rooms have sea views toward the pier and lighthouse. Eastwatch guesthouse is just yards from the beach, with stunning views up and down the East coast. The property is detached and in a very quiet area therefore guests can expect a quiet night's sleep with just the sound of the sea to help them nod off. We are the only Guesthouse in Berwick-upon -Tweed with an indoor heated pool, sauna, gym, and hot tub. We provide basic breakfast items for all guests to use; selection of cereals, bread, eggs, butter, spreads, juice, teas, and coffees. Dragon, Stag, Bear, and Wolf (twin room) are my other listings on Airbnb. Guests have access to main stairs, top floor landing, upstairs corridor, ironing room, communal bathroom. Guests will have to go through my kitchen to access the pool, sauna, gym and hot tub area. Guests also have access to a section of the garden. There is a guest information folder provided. If I am home, I will happily answer any questions guests may still have and if out then I am contactable on my mobile. We are directly on the promenade and just a few yards from a large beach. Guests will receive a parking permit during their stay. There are local buses that take you into Berwick and surrounding areas. Berwick-upon-Tweed train station is a five minute drive away or 35 minute walk from the house. There are plenty of local cab firms available. Eastwatch is a unique beachfront property with fantastic views. It includes a shared 10m indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, and modern well-equipped guest self-catering kitchen. You may be sharing with other guests, therefore, I ask that you be respectful of noise levels at very early and late hours of the day and night and that you clean and tidy up after yourselves in the guest communal kitchen. I also ask that guests keep the first-floor corridor closed at all times. this is so my dogs can not access the guest bedrooms.
