This recently renovated two bedroom cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard with everything you need for a perfect mini break on the Norfolk coast. Situated in the picturesque village of Docking a short drive away from the fabulous beaches of Brancaster and the popular village of Burnham Market. Ideal for a family with young children or for couples looking for a romantic hideaway the cottage is set back from the road with its own enclosed garden and patio for alfresco dining. We have an open plan kitchen / dining area downstairs that leads off to separate living room with comfy sofas and tv connected to the internet. Upstairs to the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in rain head shower. The second bedroom is set up with two single beds and adjoins the main bathroom equipped with bath and overhead shower. We welcome guests with a well-behaved dog and simply ask that your pet remains downstairs. Guests have access to the entire property with parking on site. We happily accommodate a well behaved dog and there are many fantastic walks locally with miles of beaches as well as the National Trust and English Heritage attractions abound in the area. Pensthorpe, for many years home to BBC’s Springwatch is a short drive away. Sandringham House, Houghton Hall and Holkham Hall are all just minutes away. Swallows Rest makes an ideal base to explore North Norfolk, Nelson’s county. We happily accommodate a well behaved dog and there are many fantastic walks locally with miles of beaches.
