Set in the capital of the Peak District, Chapel-en-le-Frith is perfectly situated as a gateway to exploring the glorious Peaks. Having relocated here a year ago from the Midlands I was able to take advantage of the property market & invest in a house that's much bigger than I need. I have 3 guest bedrooms available, in 2 listings, that can accomodate up to 8 adults/children. Being on site with my 2 friendly cocker spaniels, means I can offer a warm welcome and help get you settled. The house is set over three stories with 3 guest rooms - 2 double bedrooms, one with a sofa bed and the third room with a day bed that extends in to a kingsize double. There is plenty of cupboard and drawer space throughout. This listing is for the first floor room, with double bed and sofa bed. The TV has access to a wide choice of channels, including Amazon Prime video, netflicks, BBC iplayer, More4 and ITVhub. Tea/coffee making facilities are available to use in the room. Private bed/living room, shared access to downstairs toilet and upstairs family bathroom. This booking is on a room only basis, and doesn’t include use of the kitchen as standard. You are welcome to order in take away and I’m happy to source plates and cutlery if required, please just ask. I work locally, so am usually out Mon-Fri during office hours, but work is flexible so I can usually arrange to be available to meet and get you set up. The house is 3 minutes walk from an Aldi Supermarket and family friendly pub and restaurant. The town High Street is 5-8 mins walk away, with Morrisons, Coop, multiple pubs, restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Greek, 2x Italian, Tapas etc), cafes and gift shops. There are 2 train stations less than 3 miles away, Chinley and Chapel-en-le-frith, 2 designated parking spaces on the driveway (the parking spaces are one in front of the other, if you’re the last car in please be prepared to move it in the morning or find parking on the road), local bus stops - with connections to Manchester, Manchester airport, Sheffield etc. I have lots of brochures, guides and OS maps, with hundreds of exceptional walks of outstanding natural beauty.
