This apartment is attached to Mustique BeachVilla, with its own parking bay, private entry and access to the beach boardwalk. Mirage BeachfrontApartment offers spacious accommodations, a serene space, with imported furniture, top quality fixtures and fittings. A fully fitted stainless steel kitchenette with wooden countertops adds to the modern, open plan interior and complimentary to this, the addition of a "bistro" style dining table for two. The separate scullery ensures for ease of washing up & keeping all in place, neat & sorted. The lounge offers comfortable sofas, with a Smart TV, a very tranquil space.... Entry into the braai room/indoor fireplace, a lovely space laid out with wicker chairs & soft furnishings, offers full ocean views with glass sliding doors opening up to the verandah, with its uninterrupted, gorgeous ocean views & private access to the boardwalk leading to the beach. The bedroom offers a kingsize bed & crisp, white linens, with built-in cupboards and once again stunning, uninterrupted ocean views! The spacious en-suite shower room is equipped with a shower, a basin+vanity, a toilet and white towels. Mirage BeachApartment has its own allocated parking bay on the property & entry to the apartment through a private entrance and exit. The apartment is not suitable for children and can only accommodate a maximum of 2xguests. The entire apartment with its own parking bay. Mirage BeachFrontApartment is located in an exclusive, gated estate and as this property is a beachfront apartment, self-catering accommodation, it offers direct boardwalk access to the beach with interesting rock pools as well as a swimming beach. Dolphin & whale sightings are an almost daily delight! St Helena Bay hosts two, very well equipped grocery stores, butcheries, petrol stations, a local doctor, several beauty spa's and a few very lovely coffee shops and restaurants. The most amazing feature of St Helena Bay is its clean, quiet beaches where you can picnic and have a wonderful, quality family holiday or long weekend. A mere 30 minute drive takes you to Vredenburg (town), which hosts a shopping mall where you can find most supplies. Velddrif (town), is an approximate 20 minute drive where you can enjoy a local delicacy (bokkoms), or traditional fish & chips with a view over the Bergriver with its flamingos. An easy, approx. 15 minute drive via the gravel road leads you to Paternoster (town). You need your own motor vehicle, there are ample interesting roads and paths if you are a keen cyclist to go mountain biking.
