There is a modern fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. We even provide Yorkshire Tea and Douwe Egberts coffee for you, to help you settle in. The front room has a double and a triple seated, leather sofa where you can watch TV or play DVD's on our 50 inch TV. Last but not least, there's the large garden to the rear. This half decked and half grassed area, has seated wooden furniture and table, so its a great place to chill out or entertain people. We are on hand 24/7 to offer advice or help with your stay. We will send you a code to access the keys for the apartment before you arrive as well as giving you simple directions into the estate from the main road. This quiet, lovely estate has a newly built child's play area, which is great if you happen to have children with you. If you need groceries then there is both an Aldi and a Lidl supermarket within 5 minutes walk. If however, you don't fancy cooking there are several takeaways within the same walking distance. With its excellent location you have a Metro tube station within 2 minutes walk of the apartment, which can take you into Newcastle City Centre in one direction or South Shields to the other direction, within 10 minutes travel.
