A spacious living space with lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed and mezzanine bed with low mattress, access via steps. Towels, tissues tea and coffee are provided and breakfast can be arranged. On site parking. Our annexe is located at the front of our property. It is within the grounds of of our family home, we built our eco house 2017. We have 4 acres that any guests are welcome to walk there dogs around or simply go for an evening stroll. We have a large garden with climbing frame and lawn that guests with children are more than welcome to use during their stay. We live in the house on the land so any questions, we are around for you. We are very close to Stanford hall, the town of Loughborough and the city of Nottingham isn’t too far away. Lovely walks and pubs are local. Direct regular bus service into both Nottingham and Loughborough. Only 10 minutes from East Midlands Airport, parkway train station, and junction 24 of the m1. The Dmrc ‘Stanford hall’ is within a mile of us. We are located on the outskirts of the village of East Leake.
