Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children. - 1 vestibule with open view to the - fully equipped kittchen - 1 bedroom, 2 wooden beds with a smooth and a medium mattress - 1 living room with dining table, exit to your privat garden terrace, TV-SET, Radio-Set, aso. Attractive looking wood-burning fireplace insert made of cast iron with glass window; comfortable new sleeping sofa - 1 bathroom incl. bathtub and window - 1 car park The apartment has a private entrance separated from two other homes in the house. Everything what you need for a relaxing stay is provided. In case you have special questions kindly ask per mail. Most of all for us is important that you feel happy and comfortable. In case you like to be in personel contact, talk with us, go out for a walk, go by bike, visit Regensburg for a tour around the city we are willing to assist you. You might ask for tour tips, swimming facilities, hiking, geochaching or biking in the area around. And if you want: we are prepared to give you company, join your tour. Even morning bun service - we prefer to call it panini service or full breakfast is possible. If you like a special arrangement we also might go and see one of our weekly markets together, get fresh vegetables and once in a week e.g. for the weekend prepare on of our special mediterranean meals al gusto :-) Wenn Sie gerne Kontakt und Gespräche suchen, oder gemeinsam Wandern gehen, Radfahren, Stadtbesichtigung oder Ausflüge machen wollen, sind wir gerne für Sie da. Wir geben Tips für eigene Touren oder machen das ggf. auch gerne mit Ihnen gemeinsam. Sogar Brötchen- oder Frühstücks Service ist auf Wunsch möglich. Und wenn Sie es wollen, dann gehen wir zusammen am Wochenmarkt einkaufen und kochen einmal in der Woche gemeinsam ein mediterranes Gericht al Gusto. Wenzenbach is just 10 km far from Regensburg in Bavaria which has become part of the Unesco World Heritage some years ago. You will stay in green and quiet Hill Station. Sometimes the deers can be seen at our neighboured green field. May be they are curious and want to know "who is living here at the moment ?" :) Go by boat, have a swim, indoor pool and sauna are not far (we do prefer a place called Bulmare or alternatively Regensburg Westbad). Theatre, Art Exhibition, Cultur, museum - the holiday area "Regensburger Land" offers everything within short distances. Most impressive is nature, mountains and rivers. For your dinner outside we would like to recommend in Wenzenbach the Italien retaurant of Natalino (Osteria dei Vini) or a well known place called Menzo. Both of them having a beautiful beergarden open in summertime. At the weekend (only weekend!) once you should try the best Bavarian food or perfect "Schnitzel and French fries" at Reiterhof Seidl which is just a 10 minutes walk from the apartment. There you will find the horses, dunkies and goats. On sunday they also offer a tour riding on horseback for children. You like biking: we are closely located to the cycle track Regensburg - Falkenstein. There is a comfortable way to start with: Go with your bike by bus to Falkenstein castle. Follow the 18 km route to Wenzenbach a smooth and slightly decending way in perfect nature. Public Bus Line 34 and smaller local bus in walking distance, we rent bykes, a red Piaggio motor scooter is also available. Regensburg HBF you may reach in 20 min by bus Linie 34 directly. Airport Munic Franz Josef Strauß is 1 hour by car Airport Nuremberg is 1 hour, 15 min Transfers and airport-service can be organised individually and according to your needs. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2018. You'll find new windows, new shutters, fresh painted rooms and full service equipment in the kittchen.
