This is a small 1 bed apartment very close to the seafront Southend east train station and the town centre This place can sleep a maximum of 4 people 2 in the bedroom which has an en-suite and 2 in the lounge area on the double sofa bed There is a good size kitchen dinner with table and chairs for 4 A good size double bedroom which can be made up as a Large Kingsize double bed or 2 singles so is ideal for couples and people working in the area either 1 or 2 people ( work colleagues) etc sharing the cost of the apartment rather than booking 2 separate rooms This apartment sleeps 4 ie 2 couples or 1 couple and 2 singles or 3 separate single people Guests have use of the whole of the front apartment Very close to seafront and town centre bus stop 1 min away and very close to Southend east train station Parking can normally be arranged if needed but normally we need to know
