Angelfire Cottages - The Osprey Cottage

The largest of our cottages, the Osprey offers 3 bedrooms all queen size beds, vaulted pine living, dining and kitchen areas & a large 7x24 enclosed deck. The large windows, multiple ceiling fans, air conditioner and quality furnishings offer every comfort the season brings. From the front deck, your view of the private Bay and the moraine on your east side often provide surprise sightings of the herons, osprey and eagles that use Angelfire as their fly through and fishing zone. Angelfire Buckhorn is like e a mini resort, there are 5 beautiful and renovated cottages and large boat house, all with plenty of space, and all available for rent. The cottages are clean and offer privacy. 4 of the cottages have an extra queen size bed (murphy). All of the cottages have well-equipped kitchens for any number of additional friends and family. There is free wifi on site, however we recommend only using it for things such as : streaming music, checking emails, browsing the web. Video and movie streams aren't always possible to use. However, we do offer a large selections of DVD’s & video cassettes that can be borrowed for the duration of your stay! The lake is relatively warm and easy to navigate. We offer access to 3 kayaks, 2 canoes, 2 rowboats and 1 pedal boat! If your up for it, you can even make your way (through the water) to the big rock, where plenty of daredevils jump off (not dive) into the lake! if that's not for you, you can head on over to the nearby provincial park for a river swim (like Sandy Lake beach).
