Lower ground: a large, tastefully decorated living room with a lovely stone built fireplace, a second, cosy sitting area and a spacious dining place all opening onto terrace enjoying panoramic sea view and a swimming pool of 20mx10m surrounded by a veranda. At the same level there is a modern equipped kitchen with breakfast corner and sitting area and a second, separate small kitchen. In addition there are 2 guestrooms with ensuite facilities and a maids-room. A circuit close camera and a security alarm system are fitted in the villa. All rooms are surrounded by a balcony with a staircase leading to the garden. For the sea lovers there is a path leading to a private-like beach within 3 minutes walk. The villa is close to Athens (but far enough if you are looking for some peace and quite). Within 3 minutes drive there is an organized beach with sunbeds, beach-bars, cafe and tavern and within 10 minutes drive you will find the center of the village of Oropos which is full of shops, big supermarkets,cafes, bars, restaurants with Greek delicacies, large beaches with onsite bars and free parking spots and the very well known Attica mega club Atlantis. There is a bus stop within 1 minute walk from the villa if you want to go either to Athens or to the center of Oropos with specific timetables. However, you can always call a taxi. The villa is only 50 minutes drive from Athens' museums, 1h 40 min from Delphi, which is one of the most popular touristic destinations and 3h 45 min from Meteora monasteries.
