Lionheart is one property with two accommodation experiences to choose from. Lionheart Guesthouse is a red and white Victorian home, renovated in 2008 to maintain its original character and decor. The Guesthouse has 4 bedrooms with either an ensuite or private bath, WIFI, a shared sitting room, formal dining room, kitchen, and outdoor BBQ area. It can be rented by the room or as a full house (max. occupancy of 9). Lionheart B&B is the lower level of the owner’s primary limestone residence. The three available rooms include: ensuite bathroom, private entrance, free WiFi, daily hot breakfast, cable TV, and indoor and outdoor sitting areas. An electric car charging station is available upon request. Guests have access to their private room and seating areas on the shared terrace outside the B&B rooms. The property has gardens, lawns and mature trees that all guests are welcome to explore and enjoy. The B&B shared kitchenette and dining/games room are currently closed due to COVID. We bring hot breakfast to your room each morning. I (Doug) make myself available to answer questions and provide suggestions for day trips and excursions. I’ve lived in Lion’s Head since 1958 and am always happy to share my love of the Bruce Peninsula and the Bruce Trail. I’m happy to offer suggestions for day trips and enjoy meeting and talking to guests. Guest rooms are on a separate level from our living space so we can all enjoy our privacy. Nestled amongst trees and gardens, Lionheart Guesthouse and B&B is centrally located in the picturesque village of Lion’s Head. Amenities within walking distance include: restaurants, grocery store, RBC bank, pharmacy, LCBO, marina, post office, hospital, hardware, ice cream and gift shops, the Bruce Trail, beach and playground, a shipwreck, and kayak rentals.
