You will feel comfortable in this holiday home in every season! You live in a wooden house, idyllically located on the edge of our courtyard and the village, directly on our horse pastures. The house is bright and friendly, modern and comfortably furnished in a country house style and offers plenty of space for 6 - 8 people (plus a child in a cot). Large living room with dining area and open kitchen, fireplace. 2 separate bedrooms (1 large double bed or 2 single beds) + 2 more beds, or Sofas in the winter garden (through the 2nd Bedroom accessible; in winter only for cold sleepers!) + 180cm double bed in the heated basement room. Cot available. There is also a bathroom (6.4 m² with shower, toilet, hairdryer) and an additional guest toilet. In the basement is a large heated play room (27 m²) and the 180 cm wide double bed, a pantry (freezer) and if necessary a room with washing machine and dryer. In summer the house is cool due to the surrounding old trees and in winter with the underfloor heating (in all rooms, not in the winter garden) and the 2 stoves. We make every effort to make your vacation as pleasant as possible, so there are different pillows, duvets, blankets, etc. Please let us know if you need anything! The location of the house is beautiful, especially if you just want to relax. It is only 500 m to the forest; You can walk, hike or explore by bike for hours. On the other hand, the environment also has a lot to offer: You are close to Einbeck (3 km, medieval half-timbered town, brewery, indoor pool, riding hall, golf course). The Einbecker Polder (approx. 9 km) is a very interesting area for ornithologists; it is the main resting place for Central European migratory birds! It is not far to the Harz or the Solling, and there are also visits to Göttingen, Höxter, Hanover and others. v. m. on. If you want to bring your horses with you, we can also organize their accommodation; the terrain is very suitable for long, relaxed rides!
