My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The house is a newly constructed (website hidden) has two bedrooms the larger of the two has a double bed with a separate air conditioner and over head fan.The second bedroom comfortably sleeps two. Bed linen and blankets are provided.. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a filter coffee maker, toaster,juice blender, microwave oven and grill sandwich maker.A second larger air conditioner is situated in the kitchen and heats or cools the whole apartment. The bathroom has a stand up shower with bath towels provided.The balcony overlooks a lovely flower garden with orange and olive trees.From the balcony there is a sea view as well as the surrounding mountains.A very quiet sitting area is situated below the balcony next to the garden, perfect to sit and read and there is plenty of shade .The house is situated in a quiet area with no through traffic.The neighbors are very friendly with some speaking french as a second language. Two super markets are within a short walking distance as well as a fresh fish outlet.There are also two restaurants very near the beach which is only a five minute walk away.The public bus system runs all day on the hour and is on the main coastal road 5 minutes away. For those of you who like to trek there are some great trails leading up into the mountains only a 30 minute walk behind the house premise. We provide free wi-fi with code given on arrival. My brother will help you get orientated as well as show you how all the appliances work. The neighborhood is quiet with farmland around the (website hidden) neighbors are friendly and are quick to greet visiters. The bus stop is only a five minute walk from the house.Buses run every hour to and from the town as well as further up the coast. There is a parking space next to the property.
