"Blockhütte" Quellental in traumhafter Umgebung

The house was completely renovated in 2019 without losing sight of the former charm. With about 30 square meters of living space, a double bed on the upper floor and a sofa bed on the ground floor, the accommodation is most suitable for two but also for three people. A small, modern fitted kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a microwave with oven function and a refrigerator with freezer are of course also available in addition to a pad coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a grill. The floor heating installed on the ground floor provides cozy warmth, even in the cold season or in bad weather. There is a television with satellite reception and a USB radio with Bluetooth function. There is a WiFi connection to the outbuilding and can only be used to a limited extent in the house. Rather, you should enjoy the view from the window or even better use one of the three terraces and follow the sun around the house. The west terrace is located directly on a small pond in which frogs and many insects frolic. We don't actually find fish in our almost forty ponds anymore. The pond system has been part of a comprehensive species protection project since 2015. Apart from a frog concert in the evening, the grazing Soay sheep or the kingfishers and sea eagles that come to visit frequently, you will not notice anything. A sauna is quickly reached at a distance of approx. 40 m from the building and of course you can also cool off in the bathing pond after use. The use of the sauna is of course free of charge.  You are very welcome to bring a four-legged companion, but due to the size of our small log house, we ask you to limit yourself to one dog. You will not be charged for bringing your dog with you, he will travel with you free of charge. Smoking is not permitted in the building and we ask you to visit the terraces. Small log cabin in a fantastic location: In our log house you will find basic equipment that should make your stay as pleasant as possible. When you arrive, the double bed on the upper floor is already made and there are two towels per person for you. If there are three of you, there is a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. Then it gets quite tight in the room, but it is even more comfortable. In the kitchen you will find cutlery, plates, glasses and cups designed for up to three people, of course pots in different sizes, a pan, the most important kitchen utensils, two tea towels, a kettle and a toaster. The microwave also offers an oven function, e.g. B. to prepare ready meals. Your dog is welcome with us, but we ask you to bring only a four-legged companion to the source valley. Since it is a non-smoking house, we ask you to smoke on the terrace. The TV has a DVD player built in, so don't forget your favorite movie or series ... for a relaxing break in bad weather or after a long walk. But of course you also have satellite reception. There is a radio that you can also connect to your phone or tablet via Bluetooth, so you can also easily enjoy your own favorite music. The sauna, which all flatmates in our spring valley can use free of charge, is only approx. 40 m away from the house. After use, you have the opportunity to cool off in our swimming pond (approx. 300 m away). However, this is always a special experience, even without prior use of the sauna. If you plan to use the sauna, we ask you to bring bathrobes, bath sheets and bathing shoes. The stairs that lead to the cozy upper floor are a bit steep. Your smaller children should be supervised during use and tall guests have to pull their heads here and there (upstairs). We would be happy to show you everything else on site.
