As soon as you walk in, hopefully you’ll see the care and attention to detail that’s gone into making this property a modern and comfortable place to stay. The main living space is open plan, with one half given over to the 2 large sofa’s and the home’s smart TV. You can access Freeview and Netflix from here, so you needn’t miss out on that series you’re following just because you’re away from home. The kitchen is open plan and well equipped with a large breakfast bar and Juliet balcony. There is a yard to the rear allowing off street parking and a wooden terrace. We are delighted to give all of our guests full and exclusive use of the apartment for the duration of their booking. The property is accessed from the rear of the building turn left off Princes Street onto Grey Street then first left again, the apartment is on the right hand side behind double metal gates where you will find your off street parking, security lights will activate and the entrance is directly ahead up 3 steps. There is a security box where you will find your key, switch on the stair light on the right hand side immediately as you enter the building, the apartment is up one flight of stairs to the living room/open plan kitchen and bedrooms. Guests will have access to two double bedroom, one with double bed and one with bunk beds, an open plan kitchen/living room, a bathroom and washroom.
