In our 300m2 Villa located on the private 1400m2 property, ideal to accommodate up to 10 people, guests can enjoy in family-friendly activities, nature, peaceful and private atmosphere. The building is completely renovated with quality and modern materials. Villa has everything you need for a comfortable vacation: 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area and big recreation room with billiard, table tennis, table football, electronic darts, bikes, badminton. The entire house has 3 air conditioning units and complete thermal insulation, free WiFi internet and 2 satellite TVs with NETFLIX, dishwasher, linens, towels, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with iron board, etc. Outside is a private pool 41m2, one of the biggest that can be found in the area, surrounded by 120m2 terrace and pool house that offer bathroom with extra sized shower and kitchen with fridge, cooking plates, hot water. Next to the terrace and pool is a place for barbecue and grill, as well as outside shower. Free parking for 4 cars is included. All you need for your perfect stay. Besides there are near locations worth to visit like waterfalls on Krka, Trogir, Blue cave, Dubrovnik, national park Plitivice, Sinj, Salona, Klis fortress, cave Vranjača, river Cetina rafting, Blue and Red lakes.
