La proprietà si trova a pochi chilometri dal Parco Naturalistico Di Monte Arcosu (WWF) e a mezz'ora di auto dalle spiagge più belle del sud Sardegna (Chia, Santa Margherita di Pula, Porto Pino etc. ). Dalla casa partono numerosi percorsi naturalistici da percorrere a piedi o in MTB (a noleggio nella struttura). In condivisione con altri ospiti un ampio giardino con area giochi per bambini e ciclo officina. Corte Boero is an ancient country house of 1800 recently renovated to provide hospitality to those who love peace and quiet of the countryside but still want the beatifull beaches of southern Sardinia. The property is located only a fwe kilometers from the entrance of the natural park of Monte Arcosu (the largest in the Mediterranean) famous for the presence of the Sardinian deer and many other speciemens that found their ideal habitaty in this corner of paradise, however the famous beaches in the area like Santa Margherita of Pula, Chia, Porto Pino and Villasimius, also the beatifull city of Cagliari with its historic neighborhoods and its air port are just 20 minutes away by car. From the house start numerous nature trails to explore on foot or by bike (available to hire in the house). Gli ospiti inoltre hanno a disposizione (in condivisione con altri) l'ampio giardino della corte con i suoi loggiati, inoltre una piccola area giochi per bambini e un biliardino, e ancora un barbeque'. La casa si trova alle porte del Parco naturalistico di Monte Arcosu gestito dal WWF, per meglio conoscere le bellezze naturalistiche della zona sono a disposizione le mappe coi percorsi, inoltre 5 MTB (di varie taglie) a noleggio nella struttura.
