Easy access to 580 & 880 and public transportation. Backyard with lemon trees & seating is open to you. Convenient to CSUEB and all East Bay hospitals. Perfect for students or working professionals that need a quiet place to rest and recharge. ***Travel nurses and other health professionals welcome and encouraged!*** Guest room is equipped with a comfy full-size bed, dresser, chest, nightstand, and desk/vanity. There's a closet plus drawers to store everything you need during your stay. The room is on the back of the house and overlooks the backyard with a lemon tree just outside the window. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, cookware, and appliances. There's always plenty of space available in the refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom is bright and clean with a variable detachable shower head. You'll have access to private room, shared kitchen, shared bath, and outdoor seating. I often have long work hours but I'm always happy to assist with navigating the area and recommendations. Because of those hours, sometimes I'll only be accessible via technology but still always happy to assist. The house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's in an area with no thru-traffic which means only people who live here or are visiting are in the neighborhood. It has quick easy access to freeways ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ) and transit which makes it easy to get around all of the Bay Area. There is always street parking available within a couple doors of the house. We are about 1 mile from the BART station and 1/4 mile from a bus stop that can take you right there. Ride share services like Lyft and Uber are also really accessible (never had to wait more than about 5 minutes for a car).
