Lilla Gibraltar is a cozy little historical cabin in the heart of beautiful Mölle. The name has been chosen to honor a small group of men and women who used this space to plan sabotage missions in Mölle harbour to keep the Nazi’s from mooring their ships here during WW2. They nicknamed Mölle ’Lilla Gibraltar’. A sight from the rich history, the property is south facing with lush garden and all day sun. Lots of spots to relax. The cabin is freshly renovated with a new bathroom, an internet connected smart TV for some guilt free holiday movies and a fully equipped kitchenette complete with nearly everything you could need (if you need anything else, just ask). Fantastic swimming spots are just a 5 minute walk away and access to the nature reserve is literally across the road. There is a very Funky bar/cafe/restaurant just next door called Mölle krukmakeri. (Which can back be accessed almost too easily via a little gate just behind your cabin )..... If it’s privacy you require, it’s yours, but we a fairly outgoing young(ish) family of four here in Mölle that love sharing a story or two soo don’t be scared to say ‘hello’ or if you need anything at all please just ask. Mölle is the perfect destination for any nature lover or food enthusiast. Kullabygden offers wineries, White guide restaurants as well as bistro style cafes along with Kullaberg Nature Reserve at the door step. There is no shortage of things to see and do in this area. In addition to experiencing the natural beauty of the area, outdoor enthusiasts will find many activities: rock climbing, walking, kayaking, cycling, fishing, scuba diving and horse riding. Towards the end of the 19th century, Mölle became known as a “sin city” for being the first place in Sweden to allow mixed-gender bathing. People staying here often sent their postcards from the nearby town of Arild to protect their reputations. Although its reputation has settled down, Mölle and the surrounding Kullaberg Nature Reserve continue to attract upwards of 500,000 people every year from all over the world. Bus station is conveniently located just 100m from the cabin.
