Experience a soul place for living, learning, growing, laughing and loving. 1:1 lessons in the Himalayan Tradition. We welcome you to our family home, where you will have your own apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchen/diner/ living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony and yoga room. We would like to share with you our love for Yoga and cooking which will make your stay even more memorable. In a weekend you can start the day with gentle joints and glands exercises before opting for breakfast. The program is highly individualised and as prescribed in the Himalayan Tradition. For dinner we can provide artisan Pizza or Indian food (orders taken before arrival). All of the upstairs apartment is separate. You can join me for practicing alignment and subtile body relaxation. We can arrange a wine tasting session at our village winery, cycle or walking tours in the vineyards and surrounding hills or trips to the local thermal spa in Bad Kreuznach. We are located close to the A63 and A61 and can arrange airport transfers. Armsheim also has a train station with direct trains to Frankfurt, Worms, Bingen, Kirchheim-Bolanden and Mainz. Julia practices yoga and meditation in the Himalayan Tradition and share some experiences. Mathew has learned from an artisan baker in the UK and can provide you with freshly baked bread or pizzas. We can also serve a healthy range of vegetarian Indian food. Our boys (8 and 6 years) will be happy to entertain children of all ages.
