Very nice duplex apartment near the center of Thonon les Bains. On the second floor without elevator of a building 1 km from the lake and Thonon-Plage, this large duplex has been completely renovated. It is possible to easily access the ski resorts of Bernex and Thollon les Mémises each 18 km from Thonon as well as the Morzine resort about 30 km away. On the first level is a large living room, with a double sofa bed, 4 armchairs, a wardrobe, a library and a TV. This living room opens onto a terrace equipped with a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, extractor, Nespresso Vertuo machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board) with a large dining table. It also opens onto the balcony. On the mezzanine, a white chest of drawers serves as a changing table (equipment provided: changing mat, small bin, chest of drawers) and a cot is available.
