Hidden 25 acre 1 Bedroom Rustic Loft Apartment.

A peaceful getaway retreat nestled in a 25 acre wooded sanctuary with a chicken homestead near Cummins Falls and Burgess Falls and nearest to Cookeville for the night life, TTU , and Cross Fit Mayhem home of Rich Froning. Staying here at the loft you can look forward to hiking for spring water, walking, 2 frisbee golf holes, and a fire pit. Don't want to do anything, just hang out at the loft in the woods with beautiful views and a relaxing space. We have AC or heat coming from downstairs apartment to upstairs so we added an extra AC or stand up electric heater unit to give you more control. Adjust temp to where you would like it. Depending on the season sometimes AC isn't necessary. Living space is very spacious with windows surrounding property lots of light in day. Can see the chickens and may hear a rooster during day time and on rainy days. We have a full size oven, refrigerator and countertop space. We have a Keurig Coffee Machine with several coffees to choose and a small Instant Pot, small microwave, toaster, utensils, several plates, cups, knives, and bowls. Large black garbage can in front of outside apartment door you can take any trash there when full. Bedroom has plenty of hangers and pace for luggage, lots of windows and view or black out curtains for sleep. Shower is stand up and please make sure to add curtain liner inside of shower so no water leaks into the apartment downstairs. I left several essential oils for purifying the air and keeping air clean for the diffuser. Please be careful with the diffuser if. you use it, as it is a ceramic version that can be moved from room to room without unplugging it. It is a battery charged version for your convenience. Faux candles are battery operated and can be used as nightlights if desired. When you reach the driveway near apartment 2 spots for parking will say Welcome guest parking. Feel free to turn around where you need to when leaving please watch for chickens or family dog. If you have an issue with dog please call me. She loves to take car rides so I'm just letting you know she may try to jump in car with you if she is outside.This is normal. Zoey doesn't live outside just when doing her business. Our family of 5 lives on the property adjacent to the Loft apartment. Our mother lives below the apartment. Our Property is private all around and on an altitude of about 1000 altitude. In the winter there is potential to have ice on roads and could be hard to leave with a small hill leaving property in the morning until sun comes out and melts it. When entering the property it will have a little bit of a steep entry please stay to the right of the path so no issues with mud and tires if raining. We don't have sidewalks but gravel and grass. We have 2 parking spots available for guests. Please know this isn't a party house and would appreciate you treating our rental as you would treat your space with TLC.
