Booking price shown is for one room sleeping 2 people. We do have 4 other bedrooms for larger groups so feel free to contact us to check availability and for an informal chat about your trip. Close to Ashdown Forest , our Bed and Breakfast is prefect for relaxing breaks in the Sussex countryside and walkers. I have been welcoming guests to stay at my home for over 20 years and want to make sure your visit will be a memorable one. Many of our visitors come back year after year. The price quoted is for a two person room. Guests will also have access to a shared lounge, the conservatory and the extensive gardens. I am around on arrival, and during breakfast, and am often available at other times if necessary.
