Brand new Winchester city apartment only a few minutes from the station and the city centre. Beautifully kitted out with high spec kitchen appliances, under floor heating and a luxurious bathroom with waterfall shower. It also has a small courtyard area with table and chairs for Alfresco dining Furnished to a high quality and standard, the apartment has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and stress free! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom has a comfy double bed and full size wardrobe. There is a blackout blind on the window. The Shower room is high spec with a large double shower with a rain shower. We provide lovely fluffy white towels for you to use during your stay. The apartment is located on the ground floor and accessed through a communal hallway. There is also a shared bike store. I live locally so can be available to meet you at the apartment on arrival. We do have a key safe so guests can access the apartment independently. This allows us to be flexible on your arrival time. Winchester is a beautiful city, full of history, with many interesting sights such as the Cathedral and The Great Hall. St Catherine's Hill is within easy reach, where you can walk to the highest point in Winchester and take in the views. London is only an hour away by car or train to Waterloo. The apartment is only a few minutes from the train station. If you are travelling by car, there is a car park just at the end of the road on Worthy Lane. The daily rate is around £7.00 a day. The car park sign states its max 24hours parking but this is no longer enforced, so you can leave your car for the duration of your stay. You can also top up the parking payment on your phone using the app. Outside the apartment you can also park on the single yellows from 6pm until 8am and all day on Sundays.
