George's Villa

The villa consists of two separate lactury de-lux studios. Each studio is rented separately. Easy access to all main towns of Cyprus, via high way , situated next to my villa. You’ll love my place because of it's isolation from any neighbours, sound polution, and overcrouded conditions .The place is full of fruit trees. All seasonal fruit will be given free to all customers.A small swimming pool ( seasonal ), can be used free, from all customers. Also a barbecue can be used free . My villa is situated in a land of circa 5000 square meters. The studios are in the center of the land. All free space is full of fruit trees, which give a green color to the area. Plenty of parking place for 6 cars, free of charge.Situated in the center of Cyprus, next to the main high-way, can give you easy access to the main towns, ( Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol ).Free fruit will be given to all customers from our production.The same stands for the vegetables. All guests can have access to ALL places of my villa I will be available for my customers to give them any assistance needed for any subject they wish. Since i'm a Cypriot , i can guide them to find the best places to visit, with the minimum cost My villa is unique thanks to its geographical position ( center of Cyprus ), away from noisy areas, and full of green ( fruit trees, vegetable flowers ) Like i said before, my villa is situated in the center of Cyprus and next to the main high-way. The customers can have easy access to the main towns of Cyprus via the high-way ( Nicosia in 10 minutes, Larnaka in 17 minutes and Limassol in 30 minutes ). Plenty of parking place for the cars free of charge I'm an electrical engineer ( Msc ), now retired, and i will be dedicated to assist my customers to have a pleasant stay at my premises. I speak greek and very good English.
