This fully refurbished and decorated annexe is situated as an extension to an existing family home, in the village of Warsash. A self contained studio annexe with its own entrance via a shared garden and a parking space. Renovated to a high specification; this clean, calm and welcoming studio annexe is equipped with a fully functioning kitchenette, bathroom, wifi & includes utilities. Just a short 10 min walk to the village centre including shops, cafes, pubs & short walk to the water front. There will be tea, coffee, sugar and milk available on arrival to help get you settled. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, a single induction hob and all the cooking utensils. There is a TV with the addition of ChromeCast (guest) so you can watch your own programmes and films and high speed wifi available to connect too. The sofa converts into sofabed ideal for one adult or two children and bedding with mattress topper is provided to aid your comfort. In the bathroom there will be shower gel, shampoo and a set of towels to make your stay more comfortable and less to pack! There is plenty of storage available, shelving and half of the wardrobe in the bedroom. There is a separate entrance via the garden which is a shared space with the family, it has a small patio with table and chairs which you are welcome to use. Access is contactless via a key safe by the entrance door we are always available for questions from our guests. Warsash is a village located at the mouth of the Hamble River a very short walk away. There are lots of lovely walk/cycle and running routes along the river and surrounding area to explore. The river Hamble is also a great place to kayak or paddleboard on and is easily accessible with places to hire equipment nearby. There are 4 pubs, a Coop, a Chinese Takeaway, an Indian restaurant/takeaway, fish and chip shop as well as coffee shops and the Little Bay independent restaurant all within walking distance. Within a 10 min drive there is a Waitrose, Iceland and many other shops at Locksheath Centre and Whiteley shopping centre. Or visit one of the near by cities. Also an ideal place to stay before you board your cruise or ferry to France without the expense of hotels as Portsmouth and Southampton are only a 20-30 min drive away. There are great walks/cycle or running routes near and along the coastal path by the river Hamble and in Warsash Common, as well as Holly Hill a couple of miles away. There is a bus stop outside the annexe with transport to Southampton, fareham and Gosport. The nearest train station is Swanwick.
