Villa Navi

Villa Navi is located in the picturesque village of Riza, built between Mountain Lekatsas and Paparachi hill, in a ravine. In Venetian domination it was called "Riniassa". Later the locals invested in "Kato Riza", where there are beautiful beaches and several taverns and beach bars to enjoy. It is only 30 km far from Aktio airport and 25 km from the city of Preveza. The house is disinfected according to the World Health Organisation instructions. This property is 5 minutes by car from the beach. The accommodation includes a private bathroom, TV, kitchen facilities, fridge, washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa. The second bedroom has three single beds and a sofa. For the summer you can use the air-condition and for the winter months there is a wood burning stove (you can order the woods on charges). There is a big garden around the house with a kiosk and enough space for parking. Chris is going to help you with anything you might need and of course, lead you to the house and give you the keys. The neighbours are mostly locals and very peaceful. It would be really helpful if you would inform us about your arrival time, so we will be prepared. According to the Greek tax laws, passport or ID number is required. Please provide this information before your arrival.
