Farmhouse Apartments Nieuwesluis-Studio Hydrangea

In our farmhouse are 3 apartments/studios in which a total of 10 persons can stay overnight. Studio Hydrangea can accommodate up to 2 people. You have a fully equipped private room with own kitchen and bathroom. Please note that the apartments and the studios are only for rent from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. So arrival and departure only on SATERDAYS. The minimum stay is one week. On the floor of the century-old, renovated farmhouse are three apartments: twice an apartment/studio for two persons and an apartment suitable for 2 to 6 people. The apartments are serviced by a private entrance. All apartments are tastefully decorated and feature a seating area and dining area. And of course a private kitchen and bathroom. All apartments feature a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee machine and kettle, refrigerator with freezer, microwave/oven. In all apartments is a safe for storing your prized possessions. The apartments are equipped with a flat screen color TV on the cable connected and can use the FREE wireless internet. Stone grill plate available on request, gourmet set or toaster. In the garden with several terraces, a large BBQ at your disposal. The two studios rose and Hydrangea are equipped with a double bed. Tulip apartment has a double bed and two single beds on the second floor and an extra wide double bed. A cot and high chair are provided. The apartments are equipped with kitchen towels, tea towels, bath linen and bed linen. Outside are several terraces and a scaffold with lounge set to the water. There is a bbq on gas and a large stone bbq on coal, available for use. Meanwhile (2018) we have built a large Conservatory. It states a 6 person dinner table set and a large corner sofa. This allows you to sit 'outside' in all type of weathers. For cycling are available for a small fee. The ' Exchange days ' are only on Fridays. So you can only rent from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. The owners inhabit the ground floor and you will, if requested, advise and assist. 'Nieuwesluis' (a village of Wieringerwaard and belonging to the municipality of 'Hollands Kroon' (Dutch Crown/Anna Paulowna) is an excellent starting point for many types of holidays. It is very conveniently located close to several tourist attractions and places of interest: a channel enters the water athlete through a more, ' The Pishoek ', the Amstelmeer, with the adjacent Wadden Sea. A bit further is the IJsselmeer. The farm is located in the North-Holland path, a walking route over dikes and by meadows. There is a bus stop 100 m from the farm. There is a train station in Anna Paulowna on 10 km. Guests can be picked up by us from the train station. Unfortunately, we are obliged to city tax. This amounts to €1.50 per person per night. This is to be paid on site. The rental period is at least a week. Day of arrival and departure are only on SATURDAY. For cycling are available for a small fee. In 2021, we will offer various boat trips with our Bayliner 2655 Sportcruiser. What about a trip during the sunset, or in the moonlight.
