This quaint Bungalow is located in an established neighborhood on the east side of Florence. Newly renovated and ready for you to relax and enjoy. The Eastside Bungalow features a complete kitchen, Livingroom/Dining room combo, a nice size bath with a shower (no tub), a 40-inch Smart TV, fast wifi and washer/dryer. 4 blocks from the hospital, 5 minutes or less to the Florence conference center, shopping, restaurants, and Florence Harbor. Dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee. No Cats. Although the house accommodates 2 people best we do provide an air bed for a 3rd person on request. It can be set up in the small living room. You are only 4 blocks away from the new hospital which makes this a convenient place to stay. You are a very short drive to the conference center, downtown, harbor, and mall. The Bungalow is heated with space heat which you can adjust to your comfort level and cooled with window AC.
