Bobenheim am Berg is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest. The living area is approximately 65 square meters and consists of - bedroom with 160cm double bed and large sliding door wardrobe, - Bedroom with 160cm double bed and sliding door closet - living room with 180cm sofa bed, satellite TV, Blueray player, stereo system, internet radio and WiFi access with DSL, - Open kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle - bathroom with shower / bathtub. The entire apartment is provided with underfloor heating. On the sunny south terrace, a seating area invites you to linger. The apartment is absolutely quiet in a purely residential area and borders on an internal natural compensation area with a rain catch basin. Extensive cycling and hiking trails enable sporty leisure activities. Cultural offers and numerous small and large wine festivals (Bad Dürkheim sausage market) in the immediate vicinity invite you to enjoy. Historic cities such as Freinsheim, Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, Speyer, Worms and Heidelberg can be reached quickly. It is only a few minutes to the A6 motorway. Shopping miles with cafes and restaurants in the surrounding cities complete the offer.
