Guest have access to kitchen, kitchen utensils, equipment, garden and garden furniture. Friendly approachable and a live-in landlady to which I'm available for support 24/7 if need be. Quiet cul-de-sac, friendly neighbours and member of neighbourhood watch. Close to Alvaston & Allenton centre for coffee shops, takeaways, independent retailers with a couple of supermarket chain shops and Post Offices.
