IDYLLIC COSY WEST WING CLOSE TO CHIPPING CAMDEN

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. NOTE two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Log fires are available from October to April. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax PLEASE NOTE - 2 night stays over a weekend. With its own front door, entrance hall, Sitting Room, kitchen with fan oven, two ring hob, sink, kettle, toaster and full height new fridge and freezer with a delightful window seat, and kitchen table and chairs. The Sitting Room has a new sofa bed, beams, features an old bread oven, has a log burning stove, is complete with Sky TV for relaxation. Upstairs are two large bedrooms both with king size beds, which is like sleeping on giant marshmallows, both with feather toppers and cotton bedlinen. The bathroom has a shower in the bath so you have both bath and shower together with fresh towels. You have your own garden patio area close by including three relaxing chairs, table and chairs and a bbq. For bookings over a weekend, I will stress that I would like bookings of 4 guests minimum and for a two nights stay minimum on both a Friday and Saturday nights where available. Bank holiday weekends also minimum of 4 guests and to include Friday, Saturday and Sunday please. The cottage is sparkling clean as you can see from my reviews, and with these times you have a spotlessly clean cottage and a real home from home experience set in the heart of the Cotswolds. A very rural and beautiful position, ideal for walking, 20 mins from Daylesford and close to all the beautiful villages. There are great award winning pubs close by. No pets please. This cottage is totally private to only you and your party - Entrance hall, Sitting Room, large Kitchen, narrow staircase up to two large Bedrooms and bathroom, with a shower in the bath. There are all the Cotswold villages to visit close by together with Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Soho Farmhouse is around 30 mins away. So much to see and do around here - you'll be spoilt for choice! I am available or on the phone should you need any help or queries! We are a very short car drive to the beautiful towns of Chipping Camden, Moreton-in-Marsh, with Broadway and Stratford-upon-Avon not too far away! You’ll find a car the easiest to get to see the local villages around this beautiful area. We have three friendly dogs called Lulu, Beanie and Betty! You have your own garden area including three relaxing chairs, table and chairs for dining and a bbq and use of our tennis court.
