OuHout Self Catering Cottage

OuHout is a 3 bedroom en-suite luxury cottage. Please note that although you do get the entire cottage when you book, this cottage is individually charged per person. There are horses and a piggy along with our canine companions on the property for you to look at and of course our very inquisitive dairy cows are always happy to meet new faces. While running, walking or cycling keep an eye out for a variety of buck and birdlife. Our cottage is situated in the KZN midlands with Spectacular views of the Drakensberg. We are close to all the local private schools and wedding venues. There are some beautiful trails to run walk or ride on the farm as well. There are a number of trail runs or mountain bike rides on the farm. While running, walking or cycling keep an eye out for bushbuck, reedbuck, blesbuck, oribi and steenbok. We also have a rich bird life on the farm, with all three the cranes present. There is a bird hide next to the biggest of the three dams. In the dams are bass. We try our best to be available for check in. And are always just a call away. Rosetta is a very small village that has a cafe and a hotel/pub/restaurant. Nottingham Road is 7km away and has a fuel station and Spar and Bottle store. There are a few extra shops there including a few building supply stores; a Hi-Q; stationary shop and a few more restaurants including the famous Nottingham Road Hotel. There is unfortunately no public transport this far out. Please note that although you do get the entire cottage when you book, this cottage is individually charged per person.
