A few minutes walk from the amenities of Princes Avenue and 20 minutes walk from the centre of Hull, and the University You can use the lounge and the kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine) and the bathroom (bath as well as a large shower!). There is on street parking. Bus stop at the top of the Park Avenue (numbers 5, 101 and 103) Buses run to the centre of Hull (train and bus station) every 10 minutes. Taxis cost around £5 from Hull to Park Avenue.
