The holiday flat has been authentically renovated and stylishly furnished. It is flooded with natural daylight due to its southern exposure. The living room consists of a cosy sitting area with Smart TV, a large dining table and an equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (room 1: 1.60m; room 2: 1.40m), the corresponding blankets (2.20m X 2.40m) and pillows, as well as an open wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower and washbasin. The toilet is located outside the bathroom. TRAIN // Eupen is the terminus of the Belgian train line Ostend - Bruges - Ghent - Brussels South - Brussels Central - Brussels North - Leuven - Liège - Verviers - Welkenraedt - Eupen. A train arrives and departs Eupen every hour. On the website of the Belgian train company SNCB (belgiantrain) you can plan your journey to Eupen from any Belgian station. The station is 1.3 km from the holiday home. BUS // There is a bus (No.14) every half hour from Aachen (main station) across the Belgian-German border to Eupen, as well as vice versa. CAR // Eupen is located directly on the Belgian motorway E40 between Aachen (D) and Liège (B). Exit 38. The "KLINKES guestflat" is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, adjacent to one of the central parks of the city of Eupen, the KLINKESHÖFCHEN PARK. The TOWN CENTRE, with its architectural monuments from the times of the cloth industry (17th and 18th century) and the numerous shops and restaurants is only 7 minutes away on foot. On the other hand, several SUPERMARKETS are also not far from the accommodation (5 - 10 minutes walk, depending on the shop).
