Dedicated workstation. 40 drive to Manhattan and 90 minutes to Montauk (Hamptons). Less than 1 mile from the Long Island Railroad Greenvale Train Station for quick train to Penn Station (Midtown). No EVENTS of any nature are permitted. We live 2 min away. Single family home in the North Shore of Long Island by the Long Island Sound. Nearby Roslyn downtown's fashionable/trendy restaurants/bars at Besito, Kyma, Hendricks Tavern, Prime, Toku, and Bar Frites. Access to all of house outside of garage and storage room area. Accessible in person, phone or video. We are next to Engineers Country Club in between Sea Cliff, Glen Cove and Roslyn. Close by to Manhasset's Shopping district's Manhasset Mile. Car, Oyster Bay LIRR Train line (Greenvale Station), Uber/Lyft easily available. No events are permitted within home. No smoking is permitted within the home. Only 3-4 cars are permitted in front of drive and side of home. We live 2 min away from the home and our neighbors are our friends and notify of any issues. If there is any violation of the House rules, Airbnb rules, or laws, your reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
