Listing includes usage of both houses located in Vukomerić, 30 minute drive from Zagreb center. Traditional Croatian houses can be run completely off grid. Nice place for families, couples and solo travelers who appreciate nature, quiet, open space, valley and mountain view. Estate is self sustainable with lots of green and blue and vineyards. There are two separate objects, house Barbara and Vlado. House Barbara is working and sleeping space and house Vlado is more functional as kitchen and dining space with walk in shower, toilete and sauna. On the estate we grow many fruits and have private forest. You can easily install hammock and enjoy reading and drinking lemonade. Also we have parking for at least three cars. I am available for guests all the time Scenery is pitoresque with few local villagers who are mostly taking care of their vineyards, forests and fields. Area is safe and it's nice to walk. There is a ZET bus line for Zagreb Main Station number 313 if you want to travel to Zagreb or Velika Gorica. Loud parties late in the evening are not allowed
