There is plenty of space for all with two sitting rooms (with TV & DVD players), four bedrooms, four bathrooms (3 of which are ensuite), a dining table which comfortably seats 12 and a large open-plan kitchen. Bedroom 1 - Ground floor super king sized double with ensuite shower Bedroom 2 - Super king sized double on first floor with ensuite shower & vaulted ceiling Bedroom 3 - Either a super king sized double plus a single OR three singles with ensuite shower Bedroom 4 - Either a super king sized double plus a single OR three singles, adjacent to the family bathroom The enclosed garden has two sun terraces with an outside dining area, a private hot tub and stunning views over the Norfolk countryside. There is also a table tennis table & table football available to guests. Off road parking is available. The barn is ideally situated between the stunning beaches of the north Norfolk coast (8 miles), the Norfolk broads & the cathedral city of Norwich. There are so many things to do on your holiday with us, from eating out in one of the many superb pubs and restaurants in the vicinity, including the award winning Gunton Arms, to visiting the National Trusts Blickling Hall & Gardens.
